2. Ample parking in rear with access through the climate control storage area, 24 hour access.
3. No expense for snow removal (paid by landlord).
4. Common area with Restrooms and supplies. All common area cleaning and restroom supplies are furnished by landlord.
5. Conference room for business meetings is available by reserving through landlord at no extra charge.
6. The studio was built in 2004 by Hight Construction and is of the highest quality and best insulation available. The studio is 3 separate rooms: 1st is the control room with all of the necessary equipment and Apple hardware/software. 2nd is the sound recording room for musicians and 3rd is the sound recording room for percussion (drums or other).
